The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued another warning letter for DMAA, with Irvine, CA-based Regeneca receiving the letter for its RegeneSlim product.
Our office is not only investigating this product as used in dietary supplements, we have taken the lead as court counsel in a recently filed case where it's alleged a young lady died as a result of the product she took (that contained DMAA).
